Capricorn Group is a diversified financial services group represented in Namibia and Botswana. It is listed on the Namibian Stock Exchange with interests in banking, insurance, private wealth and asset management in Namibia, Botswana and Zambia. In 2015, Capricorn Group launched a series of ongoing employee related initiatives aimed at discovering valuable information from their employees that would assist in making the employment experience more meaningful to them as part of the employer offering. eValue was contracted to assist in making this initiative something unique and customised to meet the expectations from the Capricorn Group in this regard.
