1.3. “Information” refers to all information about you the client and your survey respondents that we collect or maintain for record purposes.
2. Policy applicability
2.1. Organisations using the services of eValue to either directly create their own survey/s or to commission, collaborate, comment on or review surveys created by eValue on their behalf.
2.2. All respondents who receive and/or respond to surveys on the eValue platform.
2.3. Visitors to eValue’s website at http://evalueinsights.com
3. Information we collect
3.1. Contact information (e.g. email address)
3.2. Usage information (all interactions with our website and surveys)
3.3. Device and browser data (information from the device used to access our services). Device data mainly means your IP address, operating system version, device type, device ID/MAC address, system and performance information, and browser type. If you are on a mobile device, we may also collect the UUID for that device.
3.4. Information from cookies (see below).
3.5. Log data (our web server keeps log files that record data about the nature of each access, including originating IP addresses, internet service providers, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system versions, device type and timestamps.
3.6. Information from third parties and integration partners (e.g., you explicitly or implicitly give permission to those third parties to share your information with us for the purpose of conducting a survey(s) or where you have made that information publicly available online).
3.7. If you are an organisation, we will also collect:
3.7.1. Registration information (your name and that of your organisation and other relevant information provided including billing information and payment details relating to your purchase).
3.7.2. Respondent email addresses (email addresses and other contact information to invite and remind respondents to undertake the survey or to thank them on completion – we do not use this data other than for the survey services, unless otherwise directed by you in writing).
3.7.3. Respondent demographic profile information (either predefined as provided to us by the organisation or selected by respondents on commencement of a survey).
3.7.4. Survey data (we store all survey questions and responses along with the related analytics in our reports).
4. How the information is used
4.1. We use your data to send you information and (if you agree) to keep you up to date with our services or to contact you regarding the subject of your interest.
4.2. Data that you provide to us passively is used strictly anonymously by eValue. We do this to improve the quality, security and user-friendliness of the website. eValue only uses your personally identifiable information to provide you with information about eValue services and survey reports. For example, if you send us an email requesting information about eValue, we will use your email address and the other information you supply in response.
4.3. If we wish to use your personal information to inform you about other eValue services, we will let you know in advance and offer you the option of indicating that you do not want to receive such information.
4.4. Our website allows you to register and enter information about yourself. We use this information to personalise the online experience of our website and to deliver content that is most appropriate for you. 5. Sharing your information
5.1. We do not share any organisational or respondent information with third parties unless this is necessary to deliver our services or if this is a legal obligation. Moreover, eValue may disclose personal data that it has collected to its third-party subsidiaries and/or associated organisations if this is necessary to achieve the purpose for which you have given us the information.
5.2. If applicable, we maintain the confidentiality of all survey responses received from your survey respondents and where such respondents have supplied identifiable information including inter-alia their name(s) and email addresses that compromise their anonymity. Such information shall not be disclosed or made available to you or to any third party unless expressly consented to by the respondent or as otherwise required by law.
5.3. If you leave data on our website, you are expressly consenting to the transfer of your data to other parts of eValue.
6. Data storage
The personal information that you provide to eValue is stored to keep you up to date with our services or to contact you regarding the subject of your interest. Such information may also be stored to provide a comparative trend analysis of survey results over a period of time. If you request your data to be removed, this will be done promptly.
7. Data security
eValue has an appropriate policy to protect your personally identifiable information against loss, abuse, amendment and unintentional destruction. Our staff member(s) who have access to your data are trained to safeguard the confidentiality of such information.
8. Exercising your rights
8.2. You have the following data protection rights:

8.2.3. You have the right to unsubscribe from the marketing communications that we send you from time to time.

9. Information you share
9.1. Our services let you share information with others that may be indexed by search engines.
9.2. We do not share your information or data with third parties outside eValue except in the following limited circumstances:
9.2.1. If you are an organisation using eValue, your account information and data may be shared with our administrator(s) and your survey data may be visible to other members in your own team with whom you share your surveys or with whom you collaborate. Your administrator(s) will be able to view your account data, change your passwords, suspend, transfer or terminate your account or restrict your settings. Please refer to your organisation’s internal policies if you have questions about this.
9.3. To help us provide certain aspects of our services we may use our affiliates and trusted key partners. In particular, we may engage third parties to:
9.3.1. Facilitate customers in making payments.
9.3.2. Deliver and help us track our marketing and advertising content.
9.3.3. Help us track website conversion success metrics.
9.3.4. Manage our sales and customer support services to you.
9.3.5. Provide certain online reports relating to your survey(s) such as specialised statistical reports.
9.3.6. We enter into confidentiality and data processing terms with partners to ensure they comply with high levels of confidentiality and best practice in privacy and security standards and we regularly review these standards and practices.
9.3.7. We share your information or data if you choose to use an integration in conjunction with eValue services, to the extent necessary to facilitate that use (e.g. API links to other third-party service providers engaged by you).
9.4. We also may have to share information or data in order to:
9.4.1. Meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
9.4.2. Enforce applicable policies, including investigation of potential violations.
9.4.3. Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

11. Data Retention
If you hold an account with eValue, we do not delete the data in your account – you are responsible for and control the duration that we retain this data. If you are a survey Respondent, you will need to ask your organisation’s internal survey administrator how long your responses will be stored in eValue services.
12. Safety of Minors
Our services are not intended for and may not be used by minors. “Minors” are individuals under a designated age as defined under the laws of their residence. eValue does not knowingly collect personal data from minors or allow them to register. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal data from a Minor, we may delete this information without notice. If you have reason to believe that this has occurred, please contact eValue.
14. Your rights
You have certain legal rights to: obtain information about whether we hold personal information about you, to access such personal information and to correct, update, amend or delete in appropriate circumstances. Some rights may be subject to exceptions or limitations. We will respond to your request to exercise these rights within a reasonable time (and in all cases within 30 days of receiving a request).
