1.3. “Information” refers to all information about you the client and your survey respondents that we collect or maintain for record purposes.

2.1. Organisations using the services of eValue to either directly create their own survey/s or to commission, collaborate, comment on or review surveys created by eValue on their behalf.

3.1. Contact information (e.g. email address)

3.2. Usage information (all interactions with our website and surveys)

3.3. Device and browser data (information from the device used to access our services). Device data mainly means your IP address, operating system version, device type, device ID/MAC address, system and performance information, and browser type. If you are on a mobile device, we may also collect the UUID for that device.

3.5. Log data (our web server keeps log files that record data about the nature of each access, including originating IP addresses, internet service providers, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system versions, device type and timestamps.

3.7.2. Respondent email addresses (email addresses and other contact information to invite and remind respondents to undertake the survey or to thank them on completion – we do not use this data other than for the survey services, unless otherwise directed by you in writing).

3.7.3. Respondent demographic profile information (either predefined as provided to us by the organisation or selected by respondents on commencement of a survey).

3.7.4. Survey data (we store all survey questions and responses along with the related analytics in our reports).


4. How the information is used

4.1. We use your data to send you information and (if you agree) to keep you up to date with our services or to contact you regarding the subject of your interest.

4.2. Data that you provide to us passively is used strictly anonymously by eValue. We do this to improve the quality, security and user-friendliness of the website. eValue only uses your personally identifiable information to provide you with information about eValue services and survey reports. For example, if you send us an email requesting information about eValue, we will use your email address and the other information you supply in response.

If applicable, we maintain the confidentiality of all survey responses received from your survey respondents and where such respondents have supplied identifiable information including inter-alia their name(s) and email addresses that compromise their anonymity. Such information shall not be disclosed or made available to you or to any third party unless expressly consented to by the respondent or as otherwise required by law.

The personal information that you provide to eValue is stored to keep you up to date with our services or to contact you regarding the subject of your interest. Such information may also be stored to provide a comparative trend analysis of survey results over a period of time. If you request your data to be removed, this will be done promptly.

9.3. To help us provide certain aspects of our services we may use our affiliates and trusted key partners. In particular, we may engage third parties to:

9.3.1. Facilitate customers in making payments.

9.3.2. Deliver and help us track our marketing and advertising content.

9.3.3. Help us track website conversion success metrics.

9.3.4. Manage our sales and customer support services to you.

9.3.5. Provide certain online reports relating to your survey(s) such as specialised statistical reports.

If you are a survey Respondent, you will need to ask your organisation’s internal survey administrator how long your responses will be stored in eValue services.


12. Safety of Minors

Our services are not intended for and may not be used by minors. “Minors” are individuals under a designated age as defined under the laws of their residence. eValue does not knowingly collect personal data from minors or allow them to register. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal data from a Minor, we may delete this information without notice.
